On the 9th of May 2022, the official kick-off meeting between Saint Elmo´s Tourism Marketing, Project M and Citrus Albania, and representatives of ADF, took place at the ADF offices in Tirana. During this meeting, the overall concept, the methodology, and the process were presented and discussed in detail.
The discussion highlighted some interesting points, such as the organization of the internal and external work, coordination with other projects, synergies (including brand, website, PR communication, DMO structure, tourism data and statistics, infrastructure development and investments).
