Celebrate Korça's Serenade Tradition at the Serenade Festival
The Serenade Festival is a two-night event on September 27-28 that celebrates the beautiful Korça Serenade, a tradition that has been part of the city’s heart and soul for over 100 years. Held in Korçë, this festival will bring back the magic of serenades through live performances by local and national artists.
Cobblestone Melodies: A Special Opening Night
The festival begins on September 27 with Cobblestone Melodies inside the Archaeological Museum. In this cozy setting, you can enjoy performances by Harmonia Band and Jorgjeta Lalazi & Band, celebrating the true spirit of the serenade tradition. After this, the festival will move to the Old Bazaar Square for a lively concert featuring Endri and Stefi & Band, filling the night with music and joy.
A Big Night at Old Bazaar Square
On September 28, the festival returns to the Old Bazaar Square for another grand evening. The stage will be filled with performances by Eli Fara, Mihallaq Andrea, Kamela Islamaj, Kori Lira, Mimoza Paraveli, Bledi Polena, Ermira Babaliu, Ermira Kola, Lazarela Deti, Aurel Thellimi, and Tomi Kondakçi. The night will also feature a spectacular show with 40 guitars. To preserve these songs for future generations, the festival will record the performances on a CD.
